Join fellow Impact members and friends on February 20 at 1pm for an exploration of ways to bring gentle healing movement and balance to our everyday lives with light bites to follow. We will come together at Saraswati’s Yoga Studio in the Ironworks Building in Norwalk CT. SYJ teacher Vicki Cook will lead us through some gentle yin yoga movements that we can use anytime and anywhere to relieve stress and tension.
Next, we will discover the ancient healing art of acupuncture in this interactive workshop designed specifically for women with Dr. Susan Knight, acupuncturist. Learn the fundamentals of how acupuncture works to balance your body’s energy, or "Qi," and support overall wellness. In this class, you'll explore simple, effective acupressure techniques you can use at home to relieve stress, boost energy, and promote hormonal balance. Through guided exercises, learn how to move your Qi for greater harmony and inner balance. Whether you’re new to acupuncture or looking for practical wellness tools, this class will empower you to take charge of your health naturally.
We recommend that you dress comfortably - but yoga clothes are not necessary or required. We will be seated on cushions on the floor. Please bring your own water bottle or drink, the studio has water there. SYJ is located at: Ironworks Building, One North Water Street, South Norwalk, CT 06854. Please park in the Ironworks garage and SYJ will provide stickers for parking validation. Light bites will be provided.
